Why we built a custom platform
The freight industry has a long history of running on phone calls, faxes, and Excel attachments. We respect the operational depth that came with that era - the people who built it know exactly how cargo flows. But the customer no longer wants a phone call to learn where their container is. They want a screen. We agreed, and we partnered with Logisoft to build one for our customers.
